By creating an account or using UMed, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Educational Use Only
UMed is an educational planning tool. It is not medical advice, academic advising, or a guarantee of exam performance.
UMed is not a substitute for school policies, clerkship requirements, academic advising, professional judgment, or official question-bank guidance.
No Protected Health Information
Do not enter patient names, patient identifiers, clinical case details, or protected health information.
Users are responsible for ensuring that anything they enter into UMed is appropriate for an educational planning tool.
Accounts And User Responsibilities
- Use accurate account information and keep login credentials secure.
- Use the app only for lawful educational planning purposes.
- Do not attempt to access another user's account, data, or Firestore records.
- Do not interfere with app operation, security controls, or Firebase-backed services.
Study Plans And Results
UMed provides planning calculations based on user-entered dates, question counts, settings, and logs. Users remain responsible for checking plans, question-bank requirements, school requirements, exam dates, and their own study decisions.
UMed does not guarantee exam performance, shelf exam outcomes, clinical performance, academic standing, or question-bank completion.
Availability And Changes
UMed may change features, fix issues, update calculations, or limit access when needed to operate, secure, or improve the app.
The app may be unavailable during maintenance, outages, network issues, or third-party service disruptions.
Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated if an account is used in a way that violates these terms, creates security risk, or harms app operation.
