What To Include
- The email address used for your UMed account.
- A short description of the issue or request.
- The device and browser or app platform you are using.
- Screenshots if helpful, but do not include patient names, patient identifiers, clinical case details, or PHI.
Account Access
If you cannot sign in, try resetting your password from the app login screen. If the issue continues, email support from the address associated with your account when possible.
Planning Or Data Issues
For study-plan issues, describe the plan name, expected behavior, and what happened. Do not include patient information or clinical case details.
Privacy And Deletion
Privacy questions and deletion requests can also be sent to support@umedstudy.com. Data deletion instructions are available on the Data Deletion page.
