How To Request Deletion

Email support@umedstudy.com with the subject ‘UMed Data Deletion Request’ and include the email address used for your UMed account.

What Deletion Covers

• Firebase Authentication account data associated with the requested UMed account.
• User-scoped Firestore study plan data, including rotations, question-bank settings, calendar changes, daily logs, scores, and related planning records.
• Support correspondence needed to process the request, subject to operational or legal retention needs.

Local Device Data

UMed may cache plan data locally for offline access. You can clear local cached data from Settings. Deleting local cached data does not delete cloud-saved account data unless you also submit a deletion request.

Verification

UMed may ask for information needed to verify that the requester controls the account before deleting account data.

After Deletion

After deletion is completed, the account may no longer be available and study-plan data may not be recoverable.
